In the wake of the recent Powerbook recall, it seems that Sony is having similar problems of their own. Today the Consumer Product Safety Commission confirmed that Sony is planning to launch a massive battery recall, following large-scale recalls of Sony batteries from Dell and Apple.Yep theres nothing like firing up the laptop in the morning, only to have it spontaneously combust right in front of you!
