Controlling the beginning and end of each day with intentional thinking is the best way to take charge of your life. This means that when you wake up in the morning, one of the first things you need to do is take five minutes to visualise your goals and dreams. Picture them as videos in your mind. Visualise yourself possessing them and look at them written down on a sheet of paper. This will start your day off by setting the tone for your thoughts.
The same goes for the end of the day. At night, one of the last things that you should do is read through your goals and dreams. Picture them and then allow your subconscious mind to go to work, revealing what you may have missed during the day that could bring these goals to reality.
