My attention was being diverted from the job at hand by my frustration on waiting endlessly on multiple call to the “Customer Service” line of our telecommunications company trying to report Becky’s stolen phone, then after that gets sorted, the replacement sim card sent fails and then 5 days later they cut off my mobile.

So far I have spent nearly 6 hours holding a telephone to my ear.

This is not the first time I have had problems with them.

Last year I had to go to the Telecommunication Ombudsman to get what we paid for. I suggest you have as little as possible to do with Peopletelecom.

We won’t as soon as we are out of contract.
