After a challenging couple of days -challenges about money, illness and travel - surely enough to get anyone demotivated (if that is a word.) So I should feel pumped but I feel bad.
The best thing is to accept that.
And I am going to give myself SHORT period to wallow. Yes I did say that.
Then I will take time to review what went wrong. Hopefully I will be able to turn the feeling into something I can benefit from going forward.
This sounds simplistic and cliched, of course, but it is extremely difficult to do.
However it is true. And more importantly, all research indicates it does work.
