Flight QF699 Melbourne to Adelaide ran an hour late last night... two little wires can loose on the 737... and you know, it didn't to matter becuase the pilot kept us informed on what was going on. Isn't that all we want... to be treated as if we are important.
On arriving in Adelaide we had to wait to get off the plane... someone forgot to crankout the airbridge... and all that good will went down the drain!!
