Submarines... $90 billion mistake

 Where is the guy who loses their job? Even a dumb arse lke me could predict that a diesel sub that takes 20 years to build has the wrong motor. So we write off a contract for $90 billion and replace it for Nuclear powered subs that will cost more and take longer to build. And we pock the bear [China] for no reason - and side with the USA who can't learn how to help Afgahistan with 20 years of occupation and $2  trillion of arms [and of course deaths]
