It does happen every now and again.
One Sunday I went to Officeworks in East Perth which is the only metro store that opens on Sunday to get workbooks printed for my Twitter for Business Workshop.
When I picked them up, there was the above postitnote attached to an extra workbook which said:

I did an extra copy [free] & bond
it with our new style bind
to see if you like it?
Sue
What's happening here?? Aren't staff supposed to "just do - don't think?"
Well done Sue and the ladies who do Sundays - you are champions.
