How are you today?

Ric Isaac is gaining a reputation as being a great fitness and diet coach. In his latest neswletter Ric recounts some ff his own motivtion:

"How are you today?"

Whenever I ask people this question I always get a mixed bag of answers.

Some just say "fine", others say "could be worse" or my pet hate "not too bad".

Now, don't get me wrong I am not having a go at these people, I just wish they realised how much power these words have. Even if you are in a terrible mood just by saying "I am so happy to be alive" can change the way you feel instantly.

We all know the saying about your glass being ‘half empty' or ‘half full' and it really is up to you to make a choice.

I am reading, for the 5th time, the incredible book "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. If you have not read this book then I highly recommend it, not just for your health, for your relationships, your business/work lives and your self-esteem. I know it has had a profound effect on my life and will continue to influence how I live and the choices I make.
